The Pratale estate receives
its guests in two old manors, surrounded by the beautiful tuscan
country-side, with vineyards sloping gently down to wild shrubs, pines and
cypress-trees. The building has been completely restored and it is now divided into several independent apartments, all of which have a separate entrance and an open place in order to enjoy the quietness and the view of the landscape. |

Pratale, located on the hills near Florence and only fifteen minutes away
from the city, many excursions can be made to the innumerable places of
cultural and touristic interest; since the estate is not to far away from
the highway Florence-Siena. In the village of Sambuca, 3 km away from
Pratale, are shops, art & craft studios and inns. In close proximity
lies the ancient abbey of Badia a Passignano, worth seeing its cloister
and crypt, dating back to the year 1000. |

Apartments are provided with central heating for wintertime and with all the facilities of modern comfort, yet maintaining by furnishing and style the spirit of typical tuscan country-houses. At the Fattoria guests can find a bowling lane, 2 swimming pools both for children and adults, a Laundromat, a pay-phone, mountain bikes and TV-sets.
